I was born and raised in Roswell, New Mexico and moved to Utah after high school. I really enjoy the four seasons here and enjoy being outdoors. I’ve fished many of the reservoirs and my biggest catch was a Tiger Muskie weighing 11 lbs. 2oz from Pine View Reservoir. The golf scene is really big here as well and there are many close courses to choose from. I enjoy woodworking, hiking, and I spend a lot of time working on my race car.
My team supports multiple assemblies for the implanter tool sets in the FAB. Several tools have preventive maintenance (PM) that require changing out assemblies to keep them running like new. I clean and repair the dirty assemblies so they are ready for the next PM or daily schedule to keep the tools running. I also work with tool owners on improving how the assemblies perform. I also support CMP, Photo, CVD, and PVD some of the other areas that also use assemblies.
I like the challenge my job presents. I’ve always enjoyed troubleshooting and fixing problems. It’s rewarding to fix an issue that was causing a down tool. Every day I am challenged with pushing my technician skills to the next level.
Working at IM Flash is awesome. The people here are great to work with. I really like the shift schedule along with the rotating shifts. I have a lot of time to spend with my family with the schedule I have.
